I used to be a regular customer at this location about 5 years ago when I used to live Downtown. Not only would I get my money's worth but I used to enjoy their salads. When I went to Downtown this weekend, I decided to check them out, as I was feeling for a good salad and thought I would get my money's worth. I always order the large Cobb salad with a few substitutions and add cranberries(which is $1 extra). The man who served me barely put any cranberries on the salad. I mentioned that to him then he laughs and says it would be an additional $1 extra. I thought he was joking so I asked for more cranberries for both salads, which was not suffice. He also only placed half an egg in both salads. I mentioned that to him as well, as I do not recall Fast Fresh Foods providing the bare minimum in regards to toppings. And besides, cobb salads are known for hard-boiled eggs. For one salad that came up to $18 which comprised of mainly lettuce and barely any toppings such as the avocado, feta cheese, cranberries ( I was charged $2 extra for 2 tiny teaspoons of cranberries) and only half an egg, it was a rip-off. I decided to purchase the salad for my husband ( who was not with me at Eaton Centre) as he already had his mind on eating it. As the only person there at the time on a busy Saturday evening at Eaton Centre, also speaks volumes on the level of service. I mentioned this to both servers and they kept on saying to talk to their manager who comes in on Mondays. My husband was also disappointed in his salad and agreed that the salad comprised of mainly lettuce and barely anything. It was a rip-off.
