        My partner and I had 3 cascading life insurance policies with BMO and were looking to renew them, hoping to streamline our overall package of insurance and potentially save on premiums. Our current advisor quoted a significantly higher premium for the same package with BMO and two other advisors we contacted had reasonable rates but nothing special. John Lysack was the quickest to respond to me -- prompt, smart, transparent, respectful and engaging, he asked good questions and understood immediately what we wanted to achieve. He had our goals in mind and offered us a terrific policy with RBC -- more insurance for a longer period of time for less money than we were paying with BMO. From there, the process was smooth, efficient and throughout it he provided excellent customer care and great, ongoing communication. We would work with John again and recommend him to anyone.
