        Not helpful. I was advised to come down to the branch any time on voicemail. But no one mentioned the time. So I checked google and reached there by 5:05pm as google said branch will close by 6pm. The teller told me they close at 5 and did not help even though when I told him that I had to walk down to the branch and its was snowing so can he just not help me this one instance. But he declined n said to come tomorrow.

        I went to this branch to create a bank account as an international student today, and the staff told me that I had to book an appointment but he kindly helped me book one an hour later. The manager Yazan is nice and helped me a lot. Had a great time at BMO today:)
