        Eerie place. When I applied, HR almost withdrew my application because I made the titles on my resume easier to understand for the reader...and then set me up with a business partner who lied to the public on LinkedIn and on their email signature about being a Vice President. If you decided to work here, do the opposite of everything your boss tells you to do and things may work in your favor. I did everything my team members asked of me (Manager, Director, VP) and got written up for performance after every project. I asked the MD for help, didn't even bat an eye. The VP I worked with called me a / his "workhorse" and the group head referred to us as "bodies". Don't believe a thing you read about ESG on their website, all a scam, BMO does not practice what they preach. So disappointing, all of this hard work and nothing has changed.
