Irene's Flowers

I ordered flowers for a funeral home. I did not know what to expect but the arrangement was beautiful. The customer service was exceptional. I will order flowers again from them, I will also recommend them to friends and family.

My family has been going to Irenes since the beginning, for me since I was kid now being in my 50's.... My experience has always been seamless and thoughtful here. Sadly the flowers were for my mom. The focus is always on quality florals not quantity which for us is very important as bigger isn't always better. The fact that they can do such incredibly beautiful arrangements in short order is really impressive. I know my mom would have been so pleased with the florals for her final goodbye Thank You

Unfortunately I went into Irenes recently and was greeted quite poorly, I asked a few questions about flower arrangements and was given very short and pretty rude answers back. I ended up just walking out without any flowers. The flowers however did look beautiful. Wish the experience couldve been better that day.

I ordered "joyous" flowers for a family member in Toronto Western Hospital and that's exactly what he received. Ordering by phone from a distance can be a worry, and I was very happy with the quality and value of the bouquet. Thank you for listening to what I wanted and then creating it.
