I have order 3 times custom cabinetry from them. They can build exactly what I want from hall closets, to bathroom caddys to shelving units to fit 1940's vintage TV sets. Love the choice of finishes and I can get exact measurements for awkward sizes that Ikea doesn't carry, at a very affordable price. Will be going back soon for bed wall unit.

Thank-you Al, Wendy and the INOVA team. You were great to work together with to transform an old, tired kitchen in my home to a well-designed, beautiful room with high quality materials, and workmanship that I'm sure will last for years to come. You helped source affordable counter-tops, and fixtures and even provided great suggestions for sourcing high-end appliances. The workmanship and communication was professional and timely from start to finish. The convenience of dealing with a local, family- based business made the whole process much more efficient and personal. From my first contact Wendy and Al listened carefully helping me design a space suitable to my family's life-style, and needs. Both Wendy and Al have a way of making you feel like you're one of the family and that relieved a lot of the stress of a major renovation. I can't tell you how happy I am with my new kitchen! Awful customer service. They seem to make good cabinets and shelves but when you order an item, it is invariably late, the install takes weeks and if there is a problem they don't return your call. In fact it seems that they screen their calls. I do NOT recommend this place at all. I'd rather pay higher prices then deal with them again
