Fourth attempt failed at delivery: This is my first time ever google review and it shows how frustrated I am. Even one star is a lot for this service. I am writing this review to express my deep frustration and disappointment with Rove Concept, regarding a table order I placed back in February 2023. The entire experience has been a series of letdowns and unprofessional behaviour on their part. After patiently waiting for a month, our scheduled delivery date of March 21 arrived, but unfortunately, the table top was delivered damaged. This was an immediate red flag as it indicated a lack of care and attention to detail during the packaging and shipping process. On the second attempt at delivery, on the very day of the scheduled delivery, we received an email from Rove Concept informing us that the table top was damaged once again. This level of inconsistency and inability to provide a quality product is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, on the third scheduled delivery date, the table top never arrived, and we received no communication whatsoever from either the delivery company or Rove Concept. I wasted an entire day waiting for a delivery that never came, which is not only frustrating but also shows a complete lack of respect for their customers' time. Upon contacting customer service to inquire about the situation, I was informed by a supervisor that the table top was in the wrong color. This revelation was extremely disappointing as it demonstrated a severe lack of organization and attention to detail within Rove Concept's operations. Even more disheartening, during the fourth attempted delivery where the delivery company actually arrived at my house, they opened the box only to reveal that they had delivered yet another incorrect color. This indicates a lack of quality control and a failure to rectify the mistake even after multiple attempts. Throughout this entire ordeal, the customer service provided by Rove Concept has been utterly unhelpful and unsatisfactory. Despite dealing with a supervisor who was aware that a refund was not an option for me, they failed to offer any meaningful solution or assistance. Just yesterday, I was informed that the table top is not available and, according to the website, it is on back order until January 2024. This extended delay and lack of transparency regarding stock availability further highlight their incompetence and lack of customer care. Furthermore, to make matters worse, the salesperson Kristopher at the store in Toronto never bothered to follow up or address the ongoing issues despite being aware of the situation. This lack of communication and willingness to resolve the issue demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism. In conclusion, I strongly advise against dealing with Rove Concept. Their repeated failures in delivering a undamaged and correct item, coupled with their unhelpful customer service and lack of communication, have made this entire experience highly frustrating and disappointing. I implore potential customers to reconsider purchasing from Rove Concept and seek a more reliable and customer-oriented furniture store.
