Matthew & Patrick are awesome! Im so glad I stumbled upon this place because I had been looking for a good quality sofa for months. I had a particular style & budget in mind and this met both. Matt also provided a loaner couch for the meantime- which is incredible! I highly recommend :)

Definitely the best prices for furniture vs typical retail stores. Great selection if you look at the catalogues. We ordered 2 beds manufactured by GH Johnson - no delivery delays, seem like good quality, excellent delivery experience. We also ordered some dining chairs - although there was a delay in getting these from the manufacturer, GH Johnson provided attractive loaners for the duration of the delay.

I have to start by acknowledging we haven't received the furniture we ordered today as yet (if any issues arise with the delivery on Friday next week, I'll update). But the service was amazing!!!! I brought my elderly aunt (83) in to look for a few pieces of furniture for her new apartment. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. My aunt is in a wheelchair and we were directed to a side entrance to get her inside much more easily. The staff hit the right note immediately and made her feel very special and catered too. We were there for the better part of two hours and through the entire process of picking pieces & fabrics etc, the staff were just amazing!!! The prices were reasonable and I'm hoping we'll be happy with the quality when the furniture arrives. Based on my experience I can't recommend GH Johnson's enough if you want great customer service and knowledgeable staff!
