The story begins when I bought a $720 queen size soft mattress. The lady (probably the owner) told me that, if it wasn't what I was looking for, I could totally come back within a 12-month time frame for a change; which I did. The mattress itself wasn't feeling as good as when I tried it back in the store originally. It was way softer (like as if it was second handed, but I will never know). Which I got a big back pain due to it. I decided to come back and express my discomfort about it. They were willing to do a mattress exchange, free of charge, but only for a $300 mattress they offered. Which I agreed as my back pain kept getting worse. They asked for a mattress inspection, at my place, alongside professionals. I agreed as I got nothing to hide as the mattress is still in great conditions. I tried contacting them for the next steps, but it was almost impossible to chat with them. Unpleasantly, I needed to step myself in this place around 4 or 5 times as they never replied back to the contact method they provided. I even show her plenty of pictures and even a video so she can evaluate the mattress. We agreed on a date for the supposed professionals to come and do the inspection. They never provided a timeframe for them to come and inspect. Which led me to call them around 15 to 20 times to ask why they were taking so long. Their first answer back was "lot of traffic, they are coming, no worries" at around noon. After an outrageous amount of times of me trying to ask for answers (as I was very confused and anxious at this point), they finally arrived AT MIDNIGHT, alongside a teenager "professional" (probably her son). Very unpleasant and unprofessional situation. Very confusing too. After their inspection, the only thing they found, against me, was a small and dim yellow stain that came originally with the mattress. They wanted my $720 mattress, plus $200 cash to make the exchange for the $300 mattress they offered; which I never agreed. Kinda abusive, if you ask me. Draw your own conclusions about this 1-star place.

It is an amazing Furniture ,they are very nice peaple and have a good customer service,o bought sone furniture it os very quality and awesome.
