HCD Furniture Toronto

I purchased a dining table and a coffee table from this store. They were able to deliver it the next day although I live in Burlington. The staff are super friendly and accommodating while the furniture is great quality with even better prices. I saved $1,000 on the dining table alone if I was going to buy it elsewhere! They take customer experience very seriously and made sure the delivery was done properly and that I was satisfied with my purchase. I really appreciate it and Ill definitely be back.

Poor quality items. Purchased a chair for living room as statement piece and the base snapped within 10 months. Sent them details and they claim to only have 30 day return policy. Just unfortunate they dont stand behind products - no offer to even make it right as small of anything. Products seem very low quality. Cant believe the base would snap. Wont shop here again.

Had a fabulous experience with HCD, Maria was very helpful, I bought a Noguchi coffee table, service was prompt, cost effective with delivery across the country within 3 days! I highly recommend purchasing from HCD Furniture . Thank you.

HCD Furniture Toronto has the excellent service. I would like to thanks Aroon the owner of the HCD for helping me purchase a beautiful tulip dining table and bertoia diamond chair. He is very patient & knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the build quality, design, pricing and definitely look forward to making future purchases from HCD again. The staff were also very helpful and great. 100% would recommend!

Purchased four chairs in late June for our patio that were each blemished in several places when they arrived to our home in Winnipeg early in July. HCD has a no-refund policy, but was willing to do an exchange for something else. Stock was limited for several of our alternate choices, and one model we liked that can be ordered with a choice of wood or steel legs was available only with wood -- not great for long-term outdoor use. Aroon offered to send us the chairs with wood legs to use over the summer and promised to send the steel bases when they arrived. He told me to keep the wood legs, as well. True to his word, the steel bases and the necessary hardware arrived this week. It's refreshing to deal with a company as committed to customer service and satisfaction as this one is when so many others have cast that part of doing business aside, particularly over the past couple of years. We really appreciate HCD's creative solution to our problem.
