Would not honour the warranty I paid for, claiming it was normal wear and tear when the fibres in the couch were coming out for no good reason after 6 months of use. Wont ever shop here again.

I have purchased at this location before but the horrible customer service on my last encounter will definitely make it the last! After multiple attempts of trying to discuss my dissatisfaction with the sales person I asked to speak with a manager only to have said sales person pick up the call instead. They over charged me on the initial bill, took a long time to refund me and took a long time in giving me a delivery date. When they called to confirm the pieces to be delivered one of the pieces was incorrectly ordered. I am still currently waiting for this piece to be delivered and it has been more than 3 months. Definitely not worth the hassle and the rudeness I have encountered trying to get what I paid for. The quality of the pieces I did happen to receive are poor and some areas are peeling.
