We were impressed with the selection at the shop, and the salesperson was very helpful. We never felt rushed as we tried several of the sofas, sometimes twice, and he was very knowledgeable about the products and materials. Our new sofa was delivered ahead of schedule, and it's exactly what we were looking for.

Stephan and the team were fantastic in helping us pick out a new sofa. It was a big purchase for us and they didnt rush or pressure us like a lot of other shops we visited. The only point of improvement for me would be their online store doesnt showcase all of their products or the materials they have available. They do sleepers that come in parts and are built in your basement, if only we had known that prior to going to ikea, we would have bought one from them too! The quality of product is pretty high end but you arent paying an extortionate price which is great. Would go back in the future!

Reviewing for service experienced today; haven't recieved product yet. We visited their midtown store a couple years ago and had some sticker shock and ended up purchasing a cheap couch from one of the big box stores. Needless to say, we were back here now having been burned and hoping to buy a quality piece of furniture that would last a long time. Stephen was great in explaining all the options in our style of choice, whilst simultaneously giving us space and time to discuss privately and go through our decision making process. There was plenty of customizable options that allowed us to design a piece that fit our condo needs, and I never felt pressured or annoyed like I frequently do by salesmen at other stores. We're looking forward to receiving our couch and rug in six weeks, and would recommend going here for anyone else.
