this place is such a rip-off, and the staff are disgusting, run by two Russian owners who seem to be involved in money laundry, and the store manager doesn't even speak proper English, such a joke, don't buy, no value

On January 2, 2021 I ordered two sofas, two Nuevo end tables and a Nuevo coffee table from Gautier Furniture. I was referred to Gauthier by my partner who furnished a two bedroom condominium entirely with Gautier furniture. Her design consultant, Raghda Fatayrgi was invaluable helping me choose the furniture for my family and living room. Raghda spent hours working with me discussing the various options which would best suit my home and personality. We ultimately chose the Esperia 3 Seats 220cm Sofa in CL4 Nevio Angora Fabric with Wenge legs for the Family room and the Condor 3 Max seats 214 cm Sofa in Cl3 Escana Mineral Fabric with Brushed legs for the Living Room. The furniture arrived in June and was installed by a team of highly professional installers. Despite the Covid-19 restrictions, Raghda remained involved throughout the process offering informed advice about the many options available from the Gautier catalogue. I was truly delighted with her support and professionalism. The furniture arrived from France undamaged and installed with meticulous care. I am delighted with the furniture and highly recommend Gautier Furniture for their exception variety of innovative products, but above all their outstanding service.

We were being assisted by Raghda. She did a fantastic job of keeping us updated on the product, was flexible to schedule an appointment on a Sunday and really helped to get a minor issue with the product attended to prior to delivery. She kept us posted all through the process via email and phone as necessary. Thanks Raghda!

We are delighted with our Natura TV Unit (we purchased Composition 2, as illustrated on the Gautier website), as well as two Natura wall shelves for mounting above the TV. We also purchased the "Arche" bookcase as a complimentary piece for the opposite side of the room. The TV unit is an eye-catching focal point, and it has ample storage that had initially attracted us to the design. The Gautier installers were professional, courteous, pleasant, patient and did a wonderful job at meticulously anchoring the separate sections, ensuring that they lined up perfectly, especially as they were sitting on broadloom. Their attention to detail, as well as the thought Gautier had put into the design and functionality of this Natura unit, contributed to a very positive experience for us. A big shout out to Raghda at Gautier, who was accommodating, cheerful and proficient throughout, and whose demeanor also added value to the entire process. Gautier offers a quality product, and we definitely recommend them.
