Sundays

Every time I pop into to Sundays the staff is passionate, friendly, knowledgeable and listen to my needs. I love the look and feel of all the furniture and have never had an issue like some if the negative reviews posted here.

Updated review... We purchased the Movie Night Sectional and was not overly happy with it due to the cushions. Sundays customer service is excellent as they jumped at the opportunity to make it right when they found out we werent overly happy with the couch. They put forth a few options to ensure we were taken care of. They stayed in touch every step of the way and delivered us the Get Together couch which so far has been a huge improvement for us. Thanks Gabrielle! PS. If you are between the Movie Night and the Get Together couch We would recommend the Get Together.

Bought one couch there and less than a year later it is losing shape. I never expected that a product that expensive would last less than an Ikea couch.

We had been on the hunt for a modular sofa so we could expand the pieces as we moved into a larger home. After a few failed attempts with another company, we landed on Sundays but was disappointed once again. We had bought the Loft collection back in April 2022 not knowing it was going to be discontinued this year (they didnt even bother to notify their customers about this either until I had reached out). So my husband bought the last piece to our set right when we found out. It was the last one in stock - and ended up getting damaged during delivery. The delivery team not only left an inaudible voicemail (we could barely understand what they were saying) but has not gotten back to us about the damaged piece for over 2 weeks. Now were unsure if well ever get this final piece or if we should be purchasing another piece from the collection before those sell out as well. Overall just not a great experience considering how much weve already spent with Sundays. P.S. it also looks like the prices have been adjusted since we purchased, which means weve overpaid for a piece of furniture we never received. As much as I wanted to shop with Sundays again, not so sure this is how I want to be spending my money. They should reconsider working with ANJ Campbell if this is how they will be treating customers.

Horrible experience buying a bed. It broke upon delivery and 3 months later i still didnt have a replacement. I asked for a refund eventually but was not compensated for all the wasted time, now I have to purchase one elsewhere. EDITED: Company has provided a generous credit for poor experience and will be giving them another try :)
