My husband and I visited the store earlier today as weve recently moved to a new area and were on the hunt for a ton of furniture. We visited a few other big brand name furniture stores first and found that they werent really offering what were looking for (larger seating as taller people, left-sided sectional, and in a very specific colour). We spoke with Paula after shopping around a bit and she let us know all of their Canadian-made furniture was able to be 100% customized! We ended up getting the couch of our dreams for even less than wed pay for a nice (but not perfect) couch at those big retailers. Im so happy we walked in! We walked out with an order thatll take only 3-4 weeks to make our dream couch in Canada at an amazing price, lovely customized pillows that would also cost a fortune elsewhere, as well as a matching accent chair and tv console day of. Were definitely going to go back to discuss other furnishing projects when were a little more settled in! I cant recommend Paula enough. From the moment we walked in to the time we walked out, we saw her greet and help probably a dozen customers while always remaining present to help us as well. She was on top of everything, maintained a really helpful and cheerful presence the entire time, and was a great story-teller as well. It felt like talking to a good friend the whole time we were there! I would come back just for Paula as her character and level of service really wowed both of us, but the amazing selection at those prices help a ton too! Definitely consider coming here for whatever your needs may be as they have a huge online catalogue with items that might not even be on the floor, like tv consoles, kitchen islands, bespoke cabinetry, and more!

We were looking for a couch and came across Payless. Paula was lovely and extremely helpful. A very pleasant experience. We bought the sofa which included cushions and a huge range of fabric choice. Highly recommended.
