I love the custom blinds that I purchased from Blue Igloo! It was a perfect fit. James from Blue Igloo was beyond amazing. He showed me samples and fabrics that really spoke to me. The quality of the blinds and the level of professionalism by James made the entire experience fantastic. During the in home consultation, James showed great options and his attention to detail was evident. He took the time to check measurements so that it would be perfect. I look forward to adding custom drapes to my home as I absolutely love the fabrics especially the gorgeous velvets. I look forward to ordering custom drapes for my home through Blue Igloo.

Normally I do not write reviews, whether great service or bad service was experienced. However, in this case the immaculate customer service provided by Blue Igloo prompted me to take the time, and make an exception. James answered all my questions from my initial phone call, followed up with ETA(as promised), refund policy, and finally delivered my order in person on time! In addition, he even followed up after delivery with a DIY video link to help me assemble the beds I've ordered!! Thanks again, and I will definitely support you again in the future.

I recently bought a Zedbed mattress through Blue Igloo. The mattress itself is amazing. The service from Blue Igloo was even more amazing. From the time I thought about getting a new mattress, right up until it was delivered to my door, Blue Igloo gave me all the information I needed and kept me up-to-date with the details of manufacture and delivery. Blue Igloo makes the best face masks! I am a runner and was fed up with the cheap blue disposable masks as they string kept ripping after one time use. The black masks from Blue Igloo are reliable, made with quality fabric that fits comfortably on your face and lets you breathe safely while running or walking outdoors. I highly recommend these masks as they are top notch quality. The owner was kind enough to personally drop them off to me. Now that is service! Thank you Blue Igloo for going the extra mile.
