        our condo bought close to $500,000 worth of furniture from Klaus... the leg of a $1800 chair broke after the first month and the company would NOT honour a replacement and wanted to charge us another $350 to fix it. a $1500 coffee table is spiliting opened. you would think with such a large purchase that the company would offer some kind of compensation. nope... i would NOT recommend this company.

        Purchased a couch from this store and received a piece that has two spots that look like stains. Fabric is damaged either because it was a showroom piece or because they rubbed it onto something very hard during storage or delivery. Very disappointing considering it is supposed to be a beautiful and expensive piece furniture that now looks worse than ikea and we would have to pay money to just junk to remove it from our home.
