My wife and I initially contacted Bridgemont Properties when we were ready to do our kitchen and main floor renovation. We were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of Rocco and Marion. From start to finish, they were nothing but professionals. Rocco presented us with a plethora of designs and options for our renovation that were within our budget, while Marion found the materials to match our colour pallet. My wife and I were thrilled with the job that Rocco, Marion and the rest of the Bridgemont Properties team did for us. They made our dreams come true, and for that we will be forever grateful. We have worked with Bridgemont on multiple projects ranging from extensive additions and remodelling to small renovations. Rocco is a very knowledgeable contractor that understands structures and makes sure everything is going according to schedule while Marion is fantastic designer whom works with our team to make sure her design ideas are feasible. They go beyond expectations to make sure projects are delivered on time, on budget and with the best quality.

After 5 years of living in our midtown bungalow and growing our family, it was time for us to overhaul our home. Our 1941 house had not been renovated since the early 80s, the bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all on one floor, and the feel was drab, dark and tired. After several meetings and quotes with designers and contractors, hiring Bridgemont Properties was the easiest and best decision we could have made. The quoting and ideation process was clear, organized and highly professional. Marion and Rocco immediately put us at ease with their excellent design ideas and creative use of space and colour. Everyone working on our home during the months of the renovation taking place were courteous and skilled. Work was always done on time and Bridgemont Properties remained cognitive and respectful of our deadlines and budget. Their constant, thorough communication and responsiveness kept our family so at ease during the process. Marion and Roccos collaboration and imagination was astounding. The design, dcor and incredible use of colour most certainly created the wow factor we were looking for! Only Bridgemont Properties could have executed this incredible transformation of our urban space. What was once a small dreary bungalow became an open, airy and bright urban oasis. My husband and I contracted Bridgemont Properties for two major renos in our house - the main floor (including a completely new kitchen) and the basement. These renos were particularly challenging given that our house was built in the 1930's, requiring Rocco to find solutions for every "surprise" that they encountered. The basement was a huge challenge as we wanted a damp ugly space converted into a bright, dry, and beautiful living area - Bridgemont Properties and Rocco definitely delivered! For the next reno, we will make only one phone call - Bridgemont Properties!
