Epic Baskets

Would never order here again. The basket was cool. But I paid 330$ for it (including the same day shipping option as it was the day of my friends birthday) The following day I emailed to ask why it hadn't arrived, they said 2 more days! They ended up delivering just 1 day late but the wrong basket with the wrong card!! Completely ruined the surprise then had to wait another day for them to switch the basket. They only refunded me 15$ for all the inconvenience. I overpaid and they underdelivered

I would like to say a special Thank you to the owner of Epic Baskets I had a little incident with one of the employees in downtown location and call there customer service number, explained what happened 2 min. Later I got a phone call back from Epic Baskets and it was the owner of the company, he apologized for what happened and made sure that I will receive my gift basket on time for Christmas. The next day I got my basket delivered to my door free of charge. Thank you for going the extra mile for your customers highly participate. Excellent customer service. Happy holidays

Nothing is too much trouble for Epic, who we use for our deliveries. They have always treated us with respect and consideration and deliveries have been on time and as ordered. They have never let us down and their baskets and flowers are always good value, fresh and beautifully put together. Having utilized Epic for many years, we have no hesitation in recommending them. This is an unsolicited recommendation and no consideration has been given or requested.
