        I purchased something to be delivered up to a patient. I told them please deliver asap as shes going home today. The patient ended up staying 2 more hours and they still didnt deliver. They went home and didnt receive what I got. I am absolutely livid especially because they gave a lame excuse that they couldnt locate the patient. Thats a lie as I wrote the room number and floor right on the card. Very disappointed. So much for yes yes we will deliver right now. Terrible!

        Excellent Customer Service. I called and asked for a gift to be delivered up to a room, it was in under 30 minutes. A couple days later I called and asked for 2 puzzles books and a pen it's to was delivered in under 30 minutes. Thank you for the excellent customer service much appreciated.
