Amazing items with best prices. The 50$ mirror was bang for the buck. Plus, the owner Miss Catherine is really nice and helped me make my buying decision. 10/10!

Amazing service. They completed a framing job in half the time they quoted me just in time for the birthday gift I was trying to give. I don't remember the woman's name but, she was working april 28th at 3pm 2021 and she was consummate customer service rep

Promised 2-3 week turn around. Drop off being 6-7 days before new years. Promised to be in communication and to be able to have it in time by new years latest January 15th. Expensive pricing, slow turn around, poor professionalism, good excuses. I love supporting local and allowing neighbours to benefit from a small circular economy. It turned out to be done by end of January and no calls were made to make me aware of this delay. When asked what took so long, the owner replied I wasnt back in the shop till second week of January and this poster left the shop then for framing. No accountability and to add to itthe frame wasnt finished when I was called in to pick it up. They were out of the tape. Needless to say this was a double sided tape and nothing more I had to wait 5 extra minutes for it to be rushed and completed saying they were out of tape. I barely got a chance to see the finished product. $300 for a 25x36 poster frame that took 5.5 weeks and was not ready for pick up. I rarely leave bad reviews but I feel patronized and poor excuses are not accountable. Updated response from owner: they fail to take ownership and invalidate my poor experience. I was not contacted even once to know there will be a delay or that the stores are closed due to covid or anything alike. Furthermore it took 5.5 weeks for not custom framing to be done in such a way that I would need to wait for it to be finished after being asked to pick it up. A simple apologies for the amount of inconvenience and time wasted would suffice instead of gaslighting me as a careless person towards covid closures that never took place on retail during this lockdown.
