        Purchased a book from the TIFF Shop online. It was shipped to the US in a timely manner and at a fair price. Would purchase from the online shop again, Thank you!

        Honestly the management is poor and the staff is rly mean and obnoxious either in person or on the phone. I was told to check my ticket w/ the box office at the front of venue. After making sure with one of the staff members that the box office is still open, I went there and found out it's closed. When I went back they told me I couldn't get in since the screening has started. Even trying to explain wt happened on the spot, I was told to email so-called customer relations. They never got back to me.
