I cannot gush enough over this shop! I walked in to look around but I ended up falling in love with the products! At first I bought one for myself then I ended up coming back a few minutes later for another lamp. I ordered the second lamp to be shipped to Montreal for a friend. Since I did not hear back after a few days, I reached back out and the owner reassured me that it was indeed shipped. My friend received the lamp a few hours later in perfect condition! Could not ask for a better service!

What a Beautiful Shop & a Must Stop if you are ever in Toronto Ontario! I shipped my purchase to my home as I could not take them on the plane! Made it safe! The gentleman who owns the shop was so friendly and helpful! Thank you so much!

Terrible I bought a lamp as a gift for my friend and as I get home to light it doenst work waste of money they scam you and up sell useless products its not right!

First of all are the store owners lovely and very helpful with any questions about their the making of handmade ceramics if youre interested, and they will also instruct how to package purchased items if youre travelling. Im my case, I bought a beautiful bowl but expressed my concerns regarding packing it in my suitcase so it could make it safe home with me to Europe, upon which I received instructions from the store worker. Despite my careful wrapping the bowl broke so bad it couldnt be saved so I sent a photo to the stores instagram @mosaicworltoronto to show my disappointment, and was promised a free new bowl that they shipped. I ended up paying only a small amount of the final shipping fee due to some mixup, and I was given a new beautiful work of art for free because of my mishaps. Ive never experienced this quality of customer service before, and the fact that they gave away one of their ceramics to me despite having no control over how well I secured it in my suitcase just shows their incredible service and how much they care for their customers. This is a family business that works very hard for their handmade work and they still prioritise the customers experience over the likes of money, they are wonderful people, god bless them all. If youre looking for a gift for someone you love or just something unique for your own, I cannot recommend Mosaic World in Toronto enough. And if its not in your taste, just go into their store and look around or have a chat with the lovely owners. They made my Toronto experience!
