They sell expired food on this app called Too good to go, food that have very long shelf life. Expired food should be free if anyone even wants it.

This is an under-appreciated gem of a grocery store. Tucked away in an unassuming office complex connected to Dundas Station, it is surprisingly an absolute joy to shop at. Firstly, it is very clean and well-organized. Despite the small square footage, it does not sacrifice on selection. As a Pakistani and a Muslim, I further appreciate that they carry (some) halal meat items, as well as a respectable collection of South Asian spices. In fact its one of the few stores Ive found in downtown that carries such items, unless you go to a specific Desi-dominant neighbourhood like Dundas/Parliament. It also has a cafe counter with a delectable and very affordable iced cappuccino, which has become a morning favourite of mine. The dessert counter also looks scrumptious though Ive never tried it. My only issue is with the opening hours as it closes by the time I often get home from work!
