        Someone made a error on my newborns health card for the date of birth and it was up to me to correct the mistake by going in to a full service centre. So now I have to take time and energy out of my day to correct a mistake that I did not make. Additionally what made me frustrated as there was no accountability for whoever made the error. Honestly, if I have to do your job then I expect to be paid instead of you. Its not hard to input data. Hire competent people.

        Today i was in alpha clinic in World in yonge 7163 Yonge Street unit 123 the clinic is in mess and the receptionist was too rude and shouting I even call 911 still she didnt help me and please send people to see what is going on this location should be closed or that lady should be fired because she is totally crazy ! Call the owner and investigate please
