Chefs Plate

So far the meals have been ok. My only complaint is the selection. There's very little variety to choose from unless you spend extra. Once the discounts are over im not really sure I'll continue with Chefs Plate. Disappointing.

I'm only giving this review one star as it's the lowest I can give. I was really enthusiastic about trying Chef's Plate and was really disappointed with my experience. My order was dropped off in the wrong location with no one to tell me that it was delivered, on its way, etc. The ice had melted in the box and the frozen food was room temperature. It wasn't until I called to check in on my order that they informed me it was delivered hours ago, unacceptable. Then, I found out afterwards I was charged for a "premium recipe" that I was not aware of at the time of purchase. My subtotal did not include this recipe and I was charged separately and afterwards. Upon sharing this confusion with the chat agent, Haris, I was very quickly dismissed and belittled as it was apparently "clear" that this charge would be expected- easy for him to say as an employee of the company- not user friendly. Super disappointed, nothing was done to address my concerns, I was given a "sorry, have a nice day" and sent on my way. Chef's Plate, you have a long way to go to becoming a customer centred company, very disappointed.

Having my meals planned and ingredients ready (by 'Chef') allows me to enjoy the cooking. From the many options available, I get to choose a variety of meals, keeping dinner-time from becoming boring. Also, I no longer have vegetables or leftovers going bad in my fridge. I enjoy cooking a lot more now. Thanks Chef's Plate.

Ordered a box, had to change my address and delivery date. Never recieved the box, because the website didn't save my address, it went to the old one. Customer service refused to rectify the issue so I can get my order and argued with me, insinuating that I'm stupid.

Many great meals to choose from, the best value for pricing from the 3 meal delivery companies for my area. Doesn't happen often but when it does support is very good about correcting errors in orders.
