Ive never left a bad review in my entire life but this place is going too far. Beware when shopping here. I shopped here almost daily. The lady is very friendly & professional but the male owner of this store never hesitates to overcharge on ANYTHING Ive bought here and is extremely rude. Regardless of what the price tag indicates, he always charges at least $1-$3 extra. I stopped buying anything from there when hes working. However, yesterday I walked into the store welcomed by the lady. She told me the price for an item was $1, I asked for two. As the owner walks in he starts speaking to her in their language, she immediately changed her demeanour & charged me $2.25 instead for both items I bought. $4.50 in total for something I was told costs $1 each? I didnt realize this until I was at home. The amount of times hes done this is under no circumstances acceptable. Its just a extremely disrespectful way of leading any type business. I prefer to support the convenience store next door to it. The gentleman there is always reliable & honest. Always ask for receipts & check your change before leaving Howard Convenience!
