        Clean and affordable. Parking available for extra cost. Room 10 horrible experience too much noise around barely any sleep until 2am and had to complain. Safe affordable but don't take room 10. I had to force my self to wake up early and leave because of no sleep. Good neighbors, it's a guest house, don't guest expect anything fancy. For the price, you should be able to sleep without issue. Beside that I have no other concern. (Change the battery on the wall clock, a tv would be nice).

        I've stayed at Kaiser's well over two dozen times over the years and I almost resisted posting a review because I consider it a hidden gem. This place is clean, well staffed and a steal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kaiser's to my mom. My mom is obsessively clean. If you also want a affordable secret hideaway in the heart of Toronto, book now. If you are dissatisfied I'd be astounded.
