Rosedale Club

Joined at the end of Jan and the club then promptly closed down after taking my first and last month's payment and locking me into a year's contract. They clearly had an idea of this possibility which was never communicated. Lack of transparency and ignoring my email requests to cancel my membership as since I have joined another club

I couldn't use the gym because the gym was closed all of sudden from February 18th, And I didn't get a refund until now. They said they would give me a refund a month ago, but still ignore my contact and I have to go back to my country soon. Of course they know I have to go back to my home country soon and close my bank account but they keep ignoring my contact. Thank you for your worst experience and service in Toronto.

Best boutique gym in Toronto. Located in Yorkville area, less than 10 min walk from Rosedale station. Ample parking and transit access. This gym boasts stunning equipment and amenities. The staff here are really friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel welcome every time. Rachel in particular was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. I ended referring a friend as well! The gym does get busy during peak period, from 4-6, but usually isnt crowded. They also have free parking for members if you requested it when you signed up. They have free wifi and there is a food/smoothie bar in the gym.

My partner and I have been members for a few months now and Rachel has been so helpful given our unique situation. She has been so kind and always given us the most exceptional service. The gym is clean, members are kind and respectful, we really love coming here!
