F45 Training Bloor West Village

I've been attending F45 since July 2022 and I have to say, I am very impressed! The workouts have been challenging, and the energy in the room has been motivating resulting in me being able to push through and finish strong. The trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging, which has helped me feel confident in the exercises and my form. I love the variety of workouts, each day has a different focus, so I don't feel bored. Even though the classes are intense, they are also really fun! One thing that has really stood out to me was the community aspect of F45. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and I can tell that people are genuinely excited to be there and working towards their fitness goals. It's great to feel like I am part of something bigger than just my individual workout. Overall, I would highly recommend F45 to anyone looking for a challenging and fun workout that also provides a supportive and inclusive community. Misbah
