Absolutely loved Joanne's waxing! My best waxing experience ever!Joanne was my waxer, She is a well skilled experienced professional, I hardly felt any pain (I had a Brazilian after few years) and she was very gentle, quick and effective. We chatted and joked the whole time. I felt so comfortable and relaxed as if I was hanging out with a good friend. she also gave me a special birthday discount. My experience was terrible. Not only was she 30 minutes late to see me, she uses the SAME APPLICATOR and double dips into the wax. Ew! So unhygienic and basically a skin infection waiting to happen. She also ripped a little bit of my skin off and burnt me with overly hot wax. Ive been getting Brazilians for a long time and this was one of the worst experiences. Spend a little more money and go to someone who has good hygiene practices (she didnt even use any hand sanitizer!) and good bedside manner, Never again.

I have been waxing with Joana for quite a few years, and honestly, no one is as precise and as painless as she is. Her wonderful personality adds to the experience! Definitely worth the visit!

Joanne is incredible! She is experienced, knowledgeable and always makes things as comfortable as possible. She is also very accommodating and works with my schedule as much as she can. Joanne is also located in a very easy and convenient location in Little Italy right on College at Palmerston. Highly recommended!
