I dont like leaving bad reviews but I found my last visit very disappointing. The hairstylist I was assigned (name starting with a K) barely cut my hair even though I asked for a trim to tidy up any split ends. I still have the same issue as I did before the cut. Not sure what I was charged for, quite frankly. She also didnt seem to know how to properly blow dry hair so my hair wasnt even straight when I walked out. My previous experience was much better. There needs to be some quality control here... what I observed was not up to par with Japanese standards. The girls were pleasant and the place was clean, but I wont be returning.

Please dont come to this place if you are new to them. Not recommended go somewhere else. Un professional Ask me for credit info for 1 month in advance appointment. Afraid the customer didnt show up and going to charge you for half price and cancel fee. If you dont give them credit card all the numbers they will not let you make any appointment. She said they going to write the credit card number down and put in the security box How funny of them???? I been doing my hair all over Toronto and never ever experienced like this. So I just walked out with very bad feeling. She only said its salon policy so I understand that but I cant trust anyone and write down my credit card info for 1 month ahead of my appointment. The reason want to keep them a try because close to my apartment. I normally spend more than $300 to do my hair. I dont mind the price. So just go somewhere if you not welling to give your credit card info.

People seem to have overhyped this place because it's run by Japanese stylists. Meanwhile, none of the stylists there meet the professional standards they have in Japan. A true disgrace to the workmanship of their own country

Ive been going to this salon for years and never have I once been less than blown away by their expertise and the quality of products. Ive never been rushed through a service: to the contrary Kana spends a huge amount of time on my hair, with exquisite attention to detail. Ive never once seen a stylist work on two clients simultaneously, you get their full attention. And Kanas suggestions always make me look my best!
