Blo Blow Dry Bar

I came in for a blow dry and I am a regular customer. I was very disappointed with the stylist they booked me with I only ask for Kyle or Mehria but since Mehria is no longer working there and kyle was also not in, unfortunately they booked me with a new stylist who really had no idea what she was doing she barely spoke any English and it was so hard to understand what she was saying. I left the salon with no body or texture to my hair so I ended up paying extra to go elsewhere

I have been to many other blow dry locations and got my hair done in other places as well. I was quite disappointed with the experience. The stylist did not know how to deal with my type of hair she was brushing it so hard that it hurt, she used very hot temperature. It was so hot that I could feel my scalp burning and my hair has felt damaged since I had this appointment. Worst of all is that my hairstyle did not even last until the afternoon. I specifically told the stylist that my hair does not stay curly for long, yet the curls did not stay on for more than 3 hours. I have done this type of styling at other salons, where my blowdry lasted for two days at least. I would not recommend going here as not only you might get your hair damaged by the techniques used, but you would also not have a long lasting blowdry. Service: Blowdry

The hairstylists here all do an overall good job. My major complaint is with the booking system. I literally always end up waiting 15 minutes or more to start doing my hair, each time with the stylist apologizing and saying theyve had a busy day of appointments. Its not an exception if it happens on a weekly basis if not daily.

Overall ok but price/value was a bit out of sync and the whole experience was very transactional. The lady who did my hair seemed either very new or just clumsy, either way it was a bit disappointing. She didn't know how to dry long hair, wet strands of hair kept slapping my face and she didnt adapt her technique to the texture and length of my hair. Also no recommendations what would maybe look good on me. Services: Hairstyling, Blowdry
