I never thought I would change my review from 5 star to 1 star for this place, I am very disappointed with how I was treated on my last visit a week ago. I have been trying to book a balayage and hair cut appointment for a while through his business instagram account and somehow he only accepted to book for a haircut and told me that I would need to wait until March to get my balayage. I said "no problem I can wait" and my message was left on seen. I went to my appointment a month later and i guess he noticed that I got my hair done while his studio was closed because of covid restrictions and he started asking me questions like "Where did you get your hair done?", "Did you like the last time I did your hair?" Of course I did, that was the reason I was there and I kept willingly asking him if I could book my balayage with him at the end of March. He literally brushed me off every time I asked by telling me things like "Yeah let's cut your hair today we will talk about your colour another time." I am sorry but what is that even supposed to mean? I assumed he might be busier than usual and he said "No not really". While he was cutting my hair I overheard a customer and receptionist's conversation about booking an appointment at the end of March so while I was paying I said "I wanted to book my balayage too but I guess you guys are not booking for March yet" then he said "Oh no I am sure we can figure something out!" I said "Really? Trevor did not tell me that" He looked surprised and looked for Trevor and when Trevor heard this conversation he immediately said "We'll figure out the schedule after the new years!" He did not even say they would call me. I was so offended. I have never felt so rejected from a business that I was so eager to give my business to. Very disappointing

Trevor (Trevor Odho Studios) has been cutting my hair forever. My wife also now goes to him for cuts and colour. Great service, upscale but casual atmosphere. Highly recommend!
