Went there for the first time to get a pedicure. It wasnt what i expected at all. First and foremost it was the most awkward and uncomfortable experience, the lady had my feet elevated the whole time. She filled the basin with only water to dip my feet in for barely 5 minutes and didnt even wash my feet with soap before she did a 'dry pedicure' with an electric filer. The pedicure looked good however after the intense task of remaining in a rigid position for an hour she gave me the quickest, lightest foot rub just long enough to pat the lotion in and she said "all done,will that be cash or card". I felt like i was being rushed out. I gave her constructive criticism after and she didnt even look at me to acknowledge me. Wont be going back again! Service: Pedicure

Update: the salon did contact me and tried to tone the hair extensions and blend into my hair. I appreciate the effort of my stylist kadija in trying to make the extensions work. I bought halo hair extension (through the salon) haircut and colour correction The extensions that arrived were the wrong colour and length and the wire was flimsy. My stylist even said she'll never order them again (so my loss I guess). My hair stylist toned the extension and sewed on clips but this was heavy on my scalp. Not only did the colour still not match the colour she dyed my hair, but she she did not blend them into my hair either so the hair piece is obvious. My hair colour itself was also not what I asked for. I asked for warmth and caramel colours and showed her a couple pictures of inspiration. Once she toned my hair she said "the blending doesn't look good, I wonder if It's because I used my fingers". She then put an ash brown toner to make it dark so you couldn't see the blending. I got ashy/grey brown hair when I asked for warmth. The haircut was good but shorter than I would have liked because I thought I'd have extensions...My stylist Khadija was very nice but the whole process didn't leave me with a satisfactory result.
