I had an appointment scheduled (well in advance) during a week day. I had to make arrangements with my work, and my personal schedule in order to set this time aside for my appointment, only to be notified as I was walking out the door for my appointment, that it had been cancelled. Additionally, they would not be able to rebook my appointment until 22 days later. I was told that the reasoning for my appointment cancellation was due to my stylist getting sick, totally understandable that these things happen, however to be notified at 1:45pm, when my appointment is at 2:30pm, is unprofessional and with complete disregard to my time.

Ive been lucky to be taken care of by Marie-Eve Faucher for over 6 years now and every time I have an incredible experience. I have naturally dark hair like her and she helps me have so much fun with creative colours like blue, purple, green, pink, often a mix of all of them! My hair is super healthy and glossy and a huge part of my look and I regularly get stopped on the street and asked where my hair is done, and I say its the work of the talented Marie-Eve!!
