Curly Hair Salon

I had a very negative experience at this salon. I was misquoted and charged close to double. I wasn't looking for a haircut, just bang trim and style because it was my birthday. Carla took liberties and became aggressive when I showed concern over how much of my hair she cut off. she isn't experienced with styling curtain bangs, so I don't recommend allowing her to do so. for the price she charges (vs what she says she'll charge), you can go to a nice salon. I wish I had. unfortunately, this experience is going to stay with me until my hair grows back.. which could take months. on top of it all, I found her to be a bit racist. she didn't believe I was Canadian because I'm brown. it's so upsetting and every time I look at my hair, I just get so upset all over again.

I have very curly hair and Ive been going to see Karla for 15 years. She gives me the best cut and style and her prices are reasonable and affordable.
