I recently visited this hair salon for a highlight and blow dry, and I am beyond impressed with the service I received from Carlos! The salon itself is modern, clean, and has a great atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. From the moment I walked in, Carlos made me feel welcome and at ease. He listened attentively to what I wanted for my hair and offered his expert advice on what would suit me best. He took the time to explain the process and kept me informed every step of the way. The highlight and blow dry service itself was fantastic. Carlos used high-quality products and paid attention to every detail to ensure that my hair looked amazing. He was gentle, yet thorough and took the time to style my hair to perfection. Overall, I highly recommend this hair salon, especially for those looking for highlights and a blow dry. After 4 years of ravaging my hair through the pandemic meaning bleach boxes, self trimmed locks (which I actually impressed myself with how resourceful I was in desperate times!) I was a hair dsastre! Happy to Share, My Hair and my Confidence was brought back to life! Hoorah!!! 1st Time Caller: Jason accommodated a very last minute appointment request before my Anniversary Trip to Jamaica (which was in two days ). Mr. Kearns gave me the Best Cut and Style He really took his time trimming and blow drying, and snipping a bit more till perfection! I took his advice not to colour before my destination vacay and he was right, my colour changed with all the salty sea, pools and sun! He also recommended my new favorite RedRevlon Does Everything Conditioning Spray and Im addicted! Great product with no $ regrets, as regular conditioner is now in the rear view mirror, permanently!!! A little spray, really does go a long way! Two weeks later, before my next trip to Cancn, Jason again was able to accommodate another last min appointment now to get my hair coloured ! I absolutely love Carlos! He really took his time to understand my daily hair routine and what I wanted to accomplish not to mention, what a warm and awesome human being. Absolutely delighted with the outcome! Precise thin lines in tinfoils with a I was born this way result . Ive had many professionals work and process my locks, for over 25years! And I can say, The Best Hairdresser and Colourist Ive Ever Had! Great attention to detail down to a second or even a third hair wash for quality assurance!!!
