Staff are amazing!! I came in and was immediately met with great service; was kindly asked to take a seat, and was offered coffee! I had my hair appointment with Brit and she was so kind, genuine, and personable! I could truly tell she loves her job! Each cut she made, she smiled with excitement! This place is amazing. A real gem in Toronto for anyone who is looking for quality hair services and true professionals. Found this place through BlogTO and booked a cut with Emily and colouring services with Matthew. I could not believe how incredible my hair looked after, I was actually shocked. Honestly, these guys know what theyre doing and theyre worth every penny. Ive never been more impressed with a hair salon before, I will definitely be back. I have been going to Lola since 2019, originally because I got a very unfortunate coloring at another salon while going blonde. Long story short, I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone else and if I did go to another salon, even for seemingly small things like a haircut, I regretted it. I personally have seen and enjoyed my appointments with Taryn, Erin and Emily St but am very confident that no matter who you see at Lola, you will receive the best quailty service. These women have taken my hair from damaged and lifeless to hair that's healthy and I feel beautiful in. If you're at all considering reaching out to this salon, I highly suggest it. First time going to Lola and had my hair done Erin! Amazing experience and Erin did a beautiful cut! I showed one photo and she made it even better than the photo. They use great products and the online booking system is great! Would definitely recommend !
