I normally don't leave bad reviews, the opposite I like to applaud great service, but this experience was horrible. I took my 14 yrs old daughter to get highlights done and after spending $250, the hairdresser didn't even check to see the colour and once she was working on her hair, she didn't speak to her once! When we got home and my daughter dried her own hair, it did not turn right, the colour was greenish. I took her back the next day and this hairdresser proceeded to tell me that she won't charge this time? I was confused, how can you charge again for a job that was not done properly and one that you didn't even check. I had to take my daughter to another salon after the second time this hairdresser tried to fix the colour. Horrible customer service. I will never return to this salon. Incredibly dissappointed. * They never told me that a blow dry was not included with highlights, unbelievable considering I spent just over $250 in total with tip that I should not have given! Horrible service from the Receptionist to the Hairdresser. Never again!
