I got my daughter's hair cut and we were dissatisfied and the hair stylist was not willing to cut the way we wanted and showed attitude as if we are getting it for free and expensive too. Customer service ZERO. I will never go back to that place ever again. ZERO stars since I have no option I have to put 1 star.

Both time I have gone here have been awesome the first time was with one of the female hairdresser and the cut was from very long to short and it came out out with a look that feel way better then when I had gone in. The second time was with the male hairdresser and was not disappointed either it came out perfectly and have been enjoying it for the last few weeks since I got it

Call and book an appointment to avoid the wait time. They virtually have to walk in appointments available. Have been getting my haircut here for over 8 years. Their stylists are great!

Service was good. Haircut not so good. At first, after the haircut and styling it looked great but then after I washed my hair a few days later, it was so uneven, left side of my hair was shorter than the right and my bangs ended at the back of my head instead of near the front. I showed them a photo too and it looked nothing like it. Probably wont go back again.
