The team and atmosphere at Costello Beauty are amazing! I am a new client and I was impressed by every step of the process. Jess was extremely helpful when I submitted my new client forms, called me and took a full hair history and took the time to really understand what I was looking to achieve. She was very transparent about the process and cost and most importantly so kind and lovely! When I arrived in the salon, it was the perfect continuation of the experience that started on the phone. Eva my colourist is beyond talented, she's funny and very entertaining, and she talked to me honestly and never made me feel bad about using box dye. Most importantly she let me know that my colour goals were achievable. I was thrilled with my results after only one appointment and can't wait to go back. The salon has a wonderful atmosphere and is a true gem in the heart of midtown! Services: Blowdry, Hair coloring

I just need to say that my daughter and I are not coming here anymore, my daughter went for a consultation and she told everything she wanted and on a piece of paper they told her that will be everything $450, when my daughter return and did want she instructed and agreed on the consultation she ended paying $709!!!! Is a big ripoff if you go for a consultation and they tell you one amount be sure is not what they will charge for real Careful they never refund me the money Services: Balayage, Blowdry, Hair coloring
