        I had an appointment with Sarah at Dean Delmonte near St. Andrew station yesterday and it was a great experience. She answered every question I had about maintenance and products. What I enjoyed the most is that she clarified many misconceptions I had about my hair (a la TikTok), after learning my medical history, she was able to provide even more educational bits about what works and doesn't work. She was realistic about what I can and cannot achieve with my hair, for example, my hair is thick and long - it will always tangle easily regardless of cuts and products. She took the time to teach me about new products (without being pushy) and was patient in showing me a few alternative ways to get my newly cut curtain bangs to 'swoop'. I will definitely be back to see her for my next cut.
