I've gone to Dee for over 15 years for my hair. No one ever guesses I have extensions. She does an amazing job each and every time. The salon is very 'Dee', adorably quirky and very cosy. I've tried other extension methods in the past and without contest, these are the best. Well worth the price they cost. Quality is everything and Dee brings that. Went for a consultation a couple of weeks ago and decided not to book. I was told that the difference in price between the 20 inches extensions and the 24 inches extensions is $100 per package. It made no sense to me as I have been using other extension brands (never had great length though) and know that the difference in price between these 2 lengths is usually not that significant. I was told other things like no sauna, no pool, etc or they will fall out. Furthermore, I was advised that a former client used Kiehl shampoo on their extensions and they all fell out and that leaving the extensions in for over 3 months will cause horrible damage(even though Great Length own site states the life span of these extensions is 3-5 months). In addition I was called "a flat iron addict" even though I have not been using a flat iron in ages but my set of GBB extensions that I was wearing at that time just came very straight. I ended up booking extensions with Qi Salon at the Omni hotel where my suspicion that the difference in price per pack between these 2 lengths is way less than $100 was confirmed. While I respect the freedom of each business owner to charge what they want for their services I do not appreciate the false information given. I also did not like the way Dee spoke to me as if I was a little stupid child rather than an adult woman and a lawyer. As a result I took my business elsewhere and got stunning set of great length (6 packs at 24 inches) at Qi hotel with a stylist with extensive experience who works with a fun and friendly team. The salon is also stunning at a convenient location of Young and King inside the luxury Omni hotel.

Literally the most amazing hair extensions experience I have ever had. If I could give this place 1000/10 I would. Dee is truly an artist, she knows exactly whats shes talking about and how to make you look like a thousand buck. The hair is literally the highest and best quality never using any bleach or hash chemicals so it stays hydrated lush and Beautiful for the whole time. I swear if my hair didnt ever grow I could keep these extensions for forever. You definitely pay for what you get the hair is second to none. The whole team is very attentive and always checking up even brought me food from a little sushi shop beside them, while I was in the chair getting my hair done. The shop is super cute with great music always playing. This is the only place I trust with my hair and will always be coming back. Thank you so much as always the little house of great Lengeths!!!
