I had my hair cut twice here. Their online booking system is very useful. The hairdressers certainly know how to do hair and are passionate. They were accommodating and friendly. The only thing is that it is not accessible as you have to go down stairs to get your hair cut. I would recommend checking out their hamilton location.

I recently got my hair cut by Ashley at Level 10 Studio and, to be honest, I was let down. Here's what went wrong: - Paid $75 for a 15-minute haircut, even though their website advertised it as a 1-hour service. I understand things don't always take the fully allotted time however everything felt rushed and no attention to detail was being paid. - They didn't wash my hair as promised, despite it being listed as part of the service. - The clean up of my undercut was uneven and patchy, leaving me dissatisfied with the result. Overall, for a simple request and the price I paid, I expected better. Clear communication, adhering to advertised services, and attention to detail are important for a good experience. I hope Level 10 Studio takes this feedback into account and improves their services.
