        I got a haircut done by Jen for the first time yesterday and am really pleased with it. She walked through the steps to maintain and care for it in great detail with me. She was really kind and I got exactly what I was looking for!

        They were disingenuous about the prices and I ended up paying 3 times more than the estimate they gave. *EDIT: As it says in the original post, I never said "hair cut," I said hair colouring. And that is absolutely what happened. If this isn't what you normally do, it just makes it even more egregious. I have since been going to other salons to get my hair dyed and all of them have been honest about pricing. Service: Hair coloring
