        I called in to ask a question on upholstery and pricing because i am in the neighbourhood and the guy was extremely RUDE! Literally unprofessional, rude and clearly did not care about customer service. A call came in as we were talking... and uprightly said he had to go and hung up! My goodness I would never go to this place. No care on customer service!

        I have had a small sofa and an antique chair reupholstered by Norbert Bapst of Bapst & Son Custom Upholstery. He did an amazing job on both and refinished and repaired the antique chair beautifully. Norbert was always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and listened to my needs. The work was done within the timeframe promised. Very happy with the quality and service. Thanks Norbert!
