        I called on a Monday to book an appointment due to complaint of post-nasal drip and raised skin lesions on my body. The earliest I was booked was the upcoming Friday. Came Wednesday and I was contacted at 6:01pm with a voicemail message stating that my appointment was pushed to next Tuesday, because the doctor I was supposed to see on Friday was no longer available. I tried calling back at 6:07pm and found that the clinic was closed. Not sure what's going on, and I've been trying to provide the benefit of a doubt, but my situation was not handled in an organized, transparent, and professional manner.

        Except for the long waits, this is a great hospital for baby delivery. Kind and friendly doctors and nurses. They all went above and beyond!
