Stayed here with friends for may long weekend and it was a great place to stay. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and it was close to a ton of bars and restaurants and tourist spots downtown within walking distance. Would def stay again. Customer service with the reservation department was very deceiving. The rate was given to me over the phone and the amount that I paid was VERY different. Use a reputable online company and not their reservation department. The rates are being advertised as $198, $247 BUT you are charged $477 instead! Buyer beware! They were not helpful at all when I asked why these things were not discussed over the phone at the time they said they always just quote an "average" Toronto rate. They quoted me the rate which means the rate for the length of stay not a surprise price once you check out. Total scam.

Booked with their reservation department over the phone was quoted a rate for the 5 night stay. To my surprise the rate changed 4 times on the invoice, twice doubling the rate. Please book through a reputable online service do not call them directly it is very misleading customer service. The pressure to book without the ability to cancel was pushed at me over the phone and they claim it is their policy to give the total over the phone which they did not. Over $2200 dollars for 5 nights for an outdated hotel.
