Novotel Toronto Centre

I have a very bad exprience with them... I book a night for 4 (so quite expensive) via booking, unfortunately I had to cancel the night so I did it via booking app 2 days before the arrival ! I don't know what happened but it seems that the hotel did not receive it ! I receive a message from my bank the next day telling me that I was debited by Novotel Toronto ! I call booking they said that they will call the hotel and I will get my money back... After 24h, booking inform me that the hotel refuses to pay me back and that I need to call them... I've tried many times, but it is impossible they simply not answer !!!! It is just not a way to treat customers !!

My daughter and I were assisted, above and beyond, by Juleen B. at the front desk when we asked for assistance. Your smile and helpful manner were much appreciated, thank you. Walkability: The location is great and we were able to walk to nearby tourist sites and along the waterfront.

The exterior and lobby is beautiful yet the rooms were not too impressive. A group of friends stayed here and had booked several rooms. We're young professionals who are far from being wild guests..but the security guard followed us around and lurked outside our rooms when we turned in for the night. My friend went to get toothpaste from the room across his and saw the guy still outside our rooms. The front desk staff were helpful and courteous, though. Parking is 30.00 per night.

Nope, won't stay there again. Individuals begging for money and food in and out of the building. Found out it was a homeless shelter, who knew? Enjoyed a wonder stay at the Hilton. I Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 More
